If an item is faulty claims should be made within 7 days of receipt. Upon receipt of the returned item, an assessment will be carried out to determine the cause of the damaged or faulty item. If the item is determined to be caused by a manufacturing defect, a replacement will be sent and the buyers costs of returning the item will be reimbursed.
