The bottom edge of the covers have wear as well as at the top and bottom of the spine. There are some stains throughout the book especially on pages 98-100. Some of the page corners have a crease mark. The page number, 119, is wearing off. (see photo) The last page has some stains. The side pages have stains that can be seen when the book is closed (see photos). The book measures approximately 7 3/4" x 5 1/2" x 1"
