The Air Car II had a unique design, with a fuselage that was similar to a car, featuring a sloping windshield and a curved roof. It had a wingspan of 34 feet 6 inches and a length of 23 feet 6 inches. The aircraft was powered by a 5-cylinder Warner Scarab Jr. radial engine, producing 125 horsepower.
