Description: Stopover Tokyo (John P. Marquand, 1957 HC/DJ) This book is in very good condition. The dust jacket is in acceptable condition. The book shows signs of age or wear through slight cover/spine fading, light soil/scuff mark, light spine/cover edge/corner rub, slight or no corner push, light spine upper/lower end rub/push, page edge rub or scuffs, page edge light soil, a couple of edge nicks, and yellowing/tanning of pages. Slight bow of coves. A few pages have small edge or corner folds. A couple of pages have a small edge chip. Hinges are not visible, but likely to show in the front after a few reads. All pages are intact with no marks noted. The dust jacket shows signs of age/wear through cover/spine edge/corner rubbing/chaffing/tears/chips/splits/fraying/creasing, light soiling/rub soil/spot soil, tanning, and mild fading. Tanning on inside spine area and inside edges. Back cover is tanned and has soil/spot soiling/rub soil. Outer corners show splitting with the longest being about 2" with the back flap folded in. The other are about 3/8" or less. Spine corners are split/chipped with the longest being about 3/8". Spine upper and lower edges are chipped. Front top edge has 2 chips. Back has pink rub staining. Back has some light scratches. Tiny edge chips and tears throughout, but mostly on and near the spine upper and lower edges. Price clipped.This book measures 8 1/8" x 5 9/16" x 1 1/8".
