The frame bears an original plaque stating the work is by Chardin. The painting is beautifully done with striking light to the objects. Painting is old and but is unsigned as I can see. It has some craquelure but is in its original frame and is a very beautiful piece of 18th century art. The provenance of the painting is from Private Paris Collection.
