Description: This is a Stihl Ts-760-AV hand-held cement cut-off saw. It comes with a 16" blade from the factory but says it can handle up to a 20" blade. This unit has been taken down, cleaned, adjusted, and everything inspected. It has a decompression valve by the throttle trigger, and this saw needs one. After going through the saw the first pull to start it, I forgot to push the compression valve in. I wasn't ready for that kind of compression. After releasing the compression, the second pull started and stayed running on 1/2 choke and warmed up quickly to fully open the choke and kept running strong. Good running healthy Stihl cement cut-off saw.
