Description: This is from the last line of US Navy pea coats that Sterlingwear of Boston made to military spec. Few originals remain available for retail purchase anywhere. The example for sale is in excellent preowned condition with few, if any, signs of wear. Like all melton pea coats, this is extremely functional and warm winter gear. It is sized somewhat generously to fit over thick sweaters or even sport coats or suit jackets. Please see all measurements in the photos. *A note on the photos — my camera didn’t always pick up the deep navy blue color very well, so in some frames it looks black.
