Description: Mid century sterling silver serving spoon and fork with wooden handles. Each piece measures about 11" in height, by 2.25" in width, by .75" in diameter. The tips of both pieces are marked "Taxco, the initials J.S. in a circle, and sterling" on one side of the silver tip, and "Hecho 925 en Mexico" on the other side of the silver tip. (The sterling silver has some light glare in my pics.) The wood handles are a dark lovely wood, no chips or splinters. The silver has some oxidation and patination. These pieces belonged to my Mother.
