His red and white striped pants are reflecting the stripes of the American flag he was originally holding, but that is unfortunately NOT included anymore. He still has his original tag and is marked on the bottom of his 4” base. In very good pre owned condition with very light wear. His hat has a repaired scratch on the crown and two on the brim.
