EFFECTÂ STATUE VANISH: A New York quarter is shown laying on the palm of an open hand (or on a table) etc with the Statue in place. The performer raises his other hand in flat open position and covers the coin as DC did with a curtain. When the hand is moved away, the Statue portion of the coin is completely gone. It can be handed out for complete examination. The coin is then handed back to the performer and once again the coin is covered with the hand.
