It is brand new w/ stickers and still in the box. no chips, scrapes, scratches, etc.. A Beautiful Collectors item.. A little warning if you look at some of the Knock-off mugs that come from "China" you will notice the graphics are not as good or bold. I bought one to try and you cant even see the the large turtle on the front of the mug. the gold paint is weak. my take-away is if they cost that cheap, there has to be something wrong with them. buyer- be -ware.Our were purchased at the stores in Mexico and are beautiful.
