This is a first model No. 11 Scraper Plane with its removable frog and vertical adjuster attached to the rear like a Stanley No. 9 Cabinets Makers Plane. On later models the adjuster was part of the body and came out from the back. An unusual scraper plane originally designed scrape and dress leather belts for line driven machinery. First introduced in 1869, this plane has a somewhat later but proper size cutter in it. Overall very nice condition. No issues. Nice maple handle. Very Nice! Pics tell the rest of the story.
