The cup and saucer shape are an example of the delicate feminine style of the 1890's to early 1900's used in fine bone chine teacups. The dish of this set has a very elegant, scalloped edge. The backstamp is blue tone. Bone China Made in England. Cup measures 2 1/4" tall by 2 3/4" across without the handle; with the handle 3 3/4". Cups is 4 oz. capacity.The saucer measures about 4 3/4" across as shown in photos.Condition: Good for a pre-owned and vintage item. Some hairlines on the dish, hard to notice them, but no cracks, no chips, no stain. Cup has some signs of use on the ring bottom only. Other than that, the cup looks great.
