Description: This auction is for 2007 St. Nicholas Square "New England Home." It is a ceramic piece. It is in very good displayed condition, it was well cared for. I have found no chips or cracks. I did notice that in the eve of the roof on the edge there is a small crease in the ceramic, it isn't a chip ,I believe it was that way when removed from the molded at the factory, but I wanted to mention it. It still displays well and is hard to notice. The house stands approx. 10 inches high and 10 inches long x 6 inches wide. It has great detail and would stand out in your village. Check out the front window you can see in to see the decorated tree and fireplace. The light cord for the interior and the adapter to light the strand on the front of the house is included. It was purchased from a St. Nicholas Square collector, and it has been stored in a smoke free home. Please check out the pictures and feel free to e-mail me with any questions.
