Description: St Anne de Beaupre Single Decade RosaryThe Grandmother of Our Lord Jesus! Beautiful chaplet dedicated to the grandmother of Our Lord and mother of the Blessed Mother. The 7/8" nickel silver medal has the famous image of St Anne de Beaupre (her famous statue in Quebec, Canada) on one side and the Basilica on the other. The 1-1/2" gold-toned St Benedict crucifix was made in Italy like the medal; the chaplet itself was designed and handmade in the USA by me. The eleven beads are all 8 mm in size and are genuine Czech glass, faceted and fire-polished. The single Our Father bead is a dark aqua blue. The ten Hail Mary beads are light aqua blue alternating with a honey amber color. St Ann, whose name means "grace", is the recipient of the miracle recognized by Roman Catholics, and others: the Immaculate Conception of the child Mary. Most Catholics know St Ann through non-Biblical ancient writings and traditions. She is a friend our own family since we adopted her as our patron saint; and we have fond memories of visiting her shrine in Quebec, Canada, where two members of our family received miraculous healing, and where they have a relic there which is her actual arm bone.
