Please follow us on the web. This listing is for a photo of an evicted, relocated, White Tiger mix Mr. Stripe boy via eBay messaging or email. This older male cat wandered into our established cat colony a few years ago. At first, he remained aloof, sitting in the back of the woods and I thought him only visiting from the surrounding homes. However, he was present on a very regular basis, always staying away not only from me but from the other cats. I searched the local online missing cats and did not locate him missing. He was likely abandoned, like so many other cats who made their way into the colony seeking food and shelter. I learned he was not neutered. He eventually adapted very well with the group making a few friends. In a short time he allowed me to pet him! He seemed to know, like the others, when my car pulled into the lot and greet me at the location as I began to distribute food. I was soon able to give him an occasional hug and he meandered in and out of my legs at times, like a house cat. However, when we received a formal eviction notice after 16 years of caring for cats at the same location, Mr. Stripe had to be re-trapped and relocated again, along with all his friends. Stripe boy was very scared. He started to see his friends disappear in traps and not return. Some of his closest friends were gone. I tried so hard to trap him believing that he would be the easiest to trap when he was the most difficult. In fact, Stripe boy was the LAST cat to trap and he had been all alone for weeks before I could get more help trapping. I was at a loss of what to do. I could not leave him there all alone. While this was tragic, Stripe Boy was finally trapped and adapted well in his crate then allowed to wander around indoors. We are going through the lengthy process of socializing him as well. He still hides, only coming out when he feels safe and wants to be pet before he eats. Please help him on this journey and purchase more than one!
