This guide is a great piece of sports memorabilia for any baseball fan or collector. The publication is in its original form and is a valuable addition to any collection. The guide has some wear. Please see my photos. Some very slight separation with the back cover attached to the spine, but it is still fully connected. There is a tear (hole) that goes through the first five (back-to-back) pages. Again, please see the photos. Slight, small/short bend in the upper corners of the first 200 pages, but there are no tears on those. I do not ship outside of the contiguous United States (no Alaska or Hawaii).
