Description: This auction is for ONE (1) SOVIET RUSSIAN MOSIN NAGANT AMMUNITION POUCH, each including a double-spout OIL/SOLVENT BOTTLE, AND VARIOUS CLEANING TOOLS, as shown, consisting of a COMBO TOOL/FIRING PIN PROTUSION GUAGE, a cleaning rod BORE GUIDE, a CLEANING JAG, and a CLEANING ROD HANDLE and LOCKING COLLAR, which goes on the button end of the cleaning rod when cleaning the bore. NO BORE BRUSH IS INCLUDUED, but these can be easily found on eBay. These pouches and kits are designed for use with any of the Mosin-Nagant series of weapons, including the M1891/30 rifle, the M1938 carbine and the later M1944 carbine. The ammo pouches themselves are made of ersatz fabric/leather material, with real leather straps and trim, and were manufactured in various factories in the 1950's -1980's, to be stored, together with the rifles, for emergency war reserve stocks. Each pocket will hold 3 stripper clips (6 per pouch) for a total of 30 rounds of Soviet 7.62X54r cartridges per pouch. These were normally issued and carried in pairs in Soviet service.
