The Preterito Perfeito is a upcycling collection, created by reusing the brand's own pieces and small colored objects encapsulated in transparent resin. This line reaffirms the company's eco-friendly posture of recycling its small flawed, odd or remnant pieces, taking them from the past of other collections to become perfect again in new shapes and designs. It measures 4 1/2" high x 3 7/8" wide and 5 1/2" deep. The first United Nations Conference to address environmental degradation was held in Stockholm in 1972. Already at that time the designer Carlos Sobral was working with resin and creating new techniques and alternative products to reuse all the raw material he consumed in the production of his collections. All Sobral production strictly follows the current environmental standards; however, Sobral goes further by putting into practice the zero disposal of raw material.
