The 7-½ x 10-⅜ inch, 112-page book has a copyright date of 1944 by the University of Minnesota and was printed at the Colwell Press Inc. in Minneapolis. This is one of 10,000 copies from the Second Printing of 1945. SNOWSHOE COUNTRY describes the canoe trip the author and her husband took through the wilderness, lakes and forests of the border country of Minnesota and Canada when they were first married. In very nice used condition with July 1949 dedication (“To keep alive the memories of Minnesota”) on the illustrated front fly leaf.
