I have listed it as 'for parts not working' because I can't seem to give it enough torque to move the needle. Either my vise is too small or it will need repair. Additionally, when I put a battery in the light signal, the light stays on. Given these two matters I am listing it as not working. Overall it is in good to very good vintage used cosmetic condition. The finish on the top section does have some imperfections and scratches but is in good shape overall. The lower aluminum housing has more pitting, patina and discoloration to it. Note that the finish inside and around the battery housing has rusted from battery acid (see last picture.) Returns must be made in same condition as received.
