I like that Smurfette is central to the plot, that she is out to discover her gifts and her purpose, and that her story ties back to the original show. It's a descent enough plot for a kids movie. My four year old son enjoyed it. It's great for adults who are nostalgic for the 80's but modern and hip enough to entertain our kids.
