Description: Perfect texture on this band with a nickel steel buckle for a fixed lug vintage military watch model. Smooth finish dark brown Hirsch leather vintage New Old Stock watch strap. Really nice classic vintage leather band style that is getting difficult to find, with the open ends to fit over fixed lugs or you can use it with spring bars as well. This band has 20mm ends that you close by either activating the glue built into the strap with an activant like nail polish remover, or glue the ends closed with your own adhesive. Perfect thickness of 4.0mm where the band meets the watch and 2.2mm along the body of the strap. Made by Hirsch but not signed. Brand new band from the 1950s/60s. The band is standard length measuring 7 1/2 inches long (19cm) pieces placed end to end, with the ends folded closed and not counting the stainless steel buckle. Metric measurements of the 2 pieces are 115/75mm. The buckle end is 14mm wide. We can install gold-tone buckle instead if you need it.
