Description: Handbook of North American Indians, Great Basin, Volume 11, Warren L’Azevedo (editor), pub. Smithsonian Institution (1986), Hardcover (8.5x11”), 852 pgs, b&w ils, photos, diagrams, tables, maps, graphs etc……No ISBN Tribes are shown in the Ethnology part of the Contents (pic 5), and in the Key to Tribal Territories map (7th picture). Pictures show a few samples of the content in this reference book. The text block is tight and pages are all clean, though perhaps just starting to hint at age toning. Endpapers pristine. The hardcover boards and spine are by far the "lowest" condition parts of this copy. The spine is somewhat faded and not crisp (see first pic), all cover edges and corners have minor wear, and there is surface wear on the covers, especially the back cover (see last pic). But because everything inside the covers is so nice, I'm happy to call this copy overall Very Good. But as always: Please see the pictures for more information about this book and the condition of this copy. ► We are thinning contents of our smoke-free, pet-free home. Books will be listed, plus toys including CCG and trading cards, fabric/wallpaper sample books, jigsaw puzzles, jewelry, household items and maybe some of my fishing and workshop stuff.
