For your consideration is this NEW OLD STOCK heavy metal décor wall sign espousing the “smartest thing a man ever said: "YES DEAR!” home décor wall art plaque METAL SIGN. The sign was merchandised through the Hobby Lobby store franchise back in the day. The tin sign is made out of heavy gauge metal, weighs approximately 9.0 ounces by itself and measures approximately 12.0" long and 5-1/16” wide. Refer to description photos #8, #9, #10 to confirm the weight and size dimensions and for more details about what I have described. The sign is intentionally made to give the appearance of being distressed and rustic looking. The surface has a faux, but nevertheless convincing worn, aged weathered appearance that looks great when the sign is hung upon the wall. The front of the sign’s surface remains in excellent condition with a few extremely tiny blemishes from handling and storage over the years. More specifically, and as a matter of full disclosure, there are (2) two minute white colored spots on the front of the sign. One is located approximately ½” above the letters “v” and “e” in the word “ever” and the other is along the bottom edge of the sign about 1.25” below the large letter “D” in the word “DEAR”. The noted white spots appear to be factory blemishes as they are flush to the painted surface indicating they are not chips or scratches in the paint. Regardless, given the sign is intentionally distressed to appear old, weathered and worn; the two noted spots are truly insignificant in that they only serve to add to the authentic look and desired effect. Refer to all the description photos to confirm the overall condition of the sign and for more details about what I have described. The back side of the sign has a plain gold bronze colored painted surface that remains in excellent condition. The retailer’s (Hobby Lobby) sticker remains in the lower right hand corner as clearly depicted in description photos #6 and #7. The two alligator style hanging clips, welded along the top edge of the sign, still retain the original folded pieces of cardboard inserted as is depicted in the description photos. Refer to the description photos for more details about what I have described. Overall, this is a great looking humorous decorative sign that will be certain to bring smiles to the faces of those who cast their eyes upon it and heed the wisdom it implies.
