Description: I got this bowl because when I picked it up, it felt real and substantial. I don't know how else to describe it! The colors were very unique with the purple background for the Daisies and the blow rim...and then the wonderful French pallet on the back of ivy leaves in green and background of sky blue! It's lovely - although damaged at the rim in numerous places. That sai, I was never able to figure out who made this wonderful peice - I was unable to determine it from the makers mark. I am hoping someone will treasure it as a possible example of art nouveau period pottery. The bowl measures 6 1/2" across and stands 2 1/2" tall. Please feel free to send along questions?
