Description: All the computer components I am selling come from a computer that stopped working! I can't say for sure, as a diagnostic was outweighed by purchasing a new computer altogether. My guess is that the motherboard was fried. I didn't see any signs of that specific damage, but replacing the PSU did not solve the issue. Therefore, by buying this product you accept the risk. I would strongly suggest testing this inside an old rig that won't cause excessive amounts of collateral should it be faulty. Separately, I have no reason to believe this part was the issue as the entire PC shut off after a blackout, and just won't turn back on; i.e. RAM wouldn't stop a PC from booting in most cases.
