It is missing the bottom plastic cover that goes over the batteries but it does have a cloth flap that goes over it. Plays music nice and clear. His toe Taps a little bit. I believe he's supposed to swing the umbrella back and forth but I could not get him to do it. Still a neat piece. Look over pictures for items condition as well as measurements.
