Description: Simms Wading Staff - NEW & Unused - 52” - More Desirable Older Model For sale is a Simms Wading Staff. It is the older, much more desirable model. It is approximately 52” fully extended and approximately 21” collapsed in the included neoprene sheath/holster. NEVER USED. Please see pictures. The retractor is strong and works exactly as it should. It has cables attaching the sections together and is more durable and lasts much longer than the elastic on other wading staffs on the market. It has a button that locks it into place in seconds and when pushed down, it allows the staff to be collapsed in sections to fit into the sheath. It opens and collapses smooth and fast as it should. This is an extremely well made durable product built to last! I personally use this model and it is the best on the market! They don’t make ones like this anymore and the new Simms models are much more difficult to carry and use. The hole in the bottom of the sheath/holster is supposed to be there.
