Materials Medical grade mineral oil gel Directions for Use Wash and dry affected are of your skin. Cut Silipos Gel Squares to shape if necessary with a scissors. Place Silipos Gel Square in contact with the skin. (For Gel Square without self-adhesive backing, apply wrap dressing to hold it in place. Gel Square with self-adhesive backing will easily adhere to your prosthesis or dressing.) Silipos suggests removing Gel Square at least 3 to 4 hours daily to allow your skin to breathe.
