Don't miss out on this chance to own a piece of football history NOW ADDING a rare fully signed programme from 1975 FA Cup 6th round replay v Leeds in a stunning tale of 4 matches. The clashes between Ipswich Town and Leeds in the 1975 FA Cup quarter-final saw the teams go head-to-head four times, which seems incredible in these days of penalty shoot-outs. Ipswich Town hosted the first match, on March 8, but failed to make the home advantage count with the game ending 0-0. In the replay at Leeds’ Elland Road, three days later, Town were denied a win after a 90th minute goal from Duncan McKenzie, as the score finished 1-1. Two days later, the teams met for the fourth time in the same round, again at Filbert Street, and Town finally secured the win they needed to go through to the FA Cup semi-finals, with Bryan Hamilton, Trevor Whymark and Clive Woods all putting one past the Leeds keeper. It was a nervy finish, however, with a final score of 3-2 to Town, who lost 2-1 to West Ham in the last four.
