The damage affects the aesthetics but not the function of the item. The original packaging may or may not be present, make sure you check out the pictures well before you purchase the item. There are multiple very light cosmetic ball pen size dots on top, side and back of the helmet, that’s have been touched up but still visible, on the right side of the shell there are some scratches that are only to the top coat but still visible, there are multiple scratches on the clear visor as well as the pinlcok lens insert, the tinted visor appears to be with no blemishes. Sena comm system shows some signs of wear but they are very light and purely cosmetic, the comm system operates as intended. There are blemishes on both shoei stickers (front and back), stickers can be replaced. All products are tested prior to shipping and in working/operating condition.
