The later versions had plastic wheels.The tanker carriage in this listing has the original version zinc metal wheels. Estimated Manufacture to be between 1958-1962.The Tank was painted prior to assembly with the frame and wheels. It shows signs of wear, paint chips. Original Shell Oil Colours.
