Condition: Sheet music shows very minor signs of wear. There is some tanning to paper. There is minimal edge wear/ corner wear....(there is a very small tear on back cover, less than 1/2" long). There are no missing pages. (Previous owners name written discreetly on front.) This comes from a smoke free home.
