Description: Beautiful set of wooden plates hand-painted in the Norwegian rosemaling style. Two are signed "Inge" and the 7.5" is also dated 1991. The smallest is unsigned, but these came together as a group so assuming the same artist. The largest at 8.5" is a beautiful deep blue with 3 large pink flowers and many smaller yellow flowers with green leaves. Border is a scrolled design in yellow with red dots. Back has handwritten in pencil "For Helen," and is signed "Inge" with an undecipherable last name. The middle size plate at 7.5" features 3 flowers that are similar in shape and style to the larger plate. The smallest at 6.25" is green with a design of butterflies. The outer edge looks like half-yellow flowers with red centers.
