Nelson Villalobos Ferrer, Cuban painter born in Cumanayagua, in the current province of Cienfuegos, Cuba, on December 11, 1956, is a painter, draftsman, sculptor and serigrapher. He studied at the Elementary School of Art of Santa Clara. Later he entered the National School of Art of Havana (ENA) graduating in the specialty of sculpture and later he finished his studies at the Higher Institute of Art of Havana (ISA), in the specialty of painting. He has taught at the three national levels of artistic education. He is a member of the Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba (UNEAC) and the International Association of Plastic Artists (AIAP). Ha ejercido la docencia en los tres niveles nacionales de enseñanza artística.
