Description: Seiko SEIKO Cronos Top Class 23 Jewels Mechanical Hand-Winding Authentic Watch Description Condition: Used Produced around 1959 - early 1960s The back cover has been replaced and the exact date of production cannot be confirmed. The 23-jewel high-class movement, a competitor to the Rode Marvel, was very short-lived and is believed to have been on the market until around 1963. The crown has been replaced with a new genuine SEIKO part with S mark. The dial is stained and deteriorated, but the case is in good condition and the movement, with its 23-jewel precision, is ticking away the time in good health. The Kameido factory Chronos with 23-jewel movement is a rare item with only a small number of pieces produced and existing. There is a thin scratch on the windshield that cannot be removed by polishing, but the watch is in very good condition. Overhauled in April 2022.
