Description: Set of FOUR (4) OPCO Syracuse China "Wakefield" pattern Bread plates that are also stamped "Olympic Hotel" Now this is a bit of interesting history. I cannot find a record that the Olympic Hotel used Syracuse China at all, let alone in the Wakefield pattern. The Railroad and Restaurant china site on the internets only lists Hall, Shenango and one other. But these are all stamped Olympic Hotel and dated Code 1932 perhaps 1933, before they became the Fairmont Olympic. So, really neat new information! We have a lot of FOUR bread plates, 5 1/2" diameter. All stamped as shown in the photos. Good condition! I will also have some demitasse cups up with the same stamps as well in another listing. Thanks for looking today!
