This one of a kind artwork is a rich and colorful oil on wood believed to be mahogany 9 x 11 set into a frame that is 15 x 17 inches. Grigory Efimovich Glyukmann was a Russian and American graphic artist and painter. In 1917 he entered the Moscow School of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture, but after three years he left his studies and emigrated to Berlin. In 1922 he joined the literary and artistic community Spindle. Since 1924 he settled in Paris, where in October his first solo exhibition took place at the Drouot Gallery. Gluckman actively exhibited at the Tuileries Salon, Salon d'Automne, Salon des Indpendants, and at exhibitions of the National Society of Fine Arts.
