Description: PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BID AND/OR BUY Offered for Sale is this Vintage Sears Craftsman / Chamberlain Chain Drive Garage Door Operator 1/2 HP Replacement AC Motor & Capacitor NOS. Please read the above for the item's description & condition, and please study my photos. Note that the black interruptor cup is 1-1/2" across. This motor utilizes a 53-64 MFD capacitor . This motor uses shims and a clip to retain the shaft in the frame as opposed to the latter motors that used a locking collar. I can't address if this will work in any particular Sears Craftsman or Chamberlain 1/2 HP AC motor operator other than what's in this listing; you'll have to research compatibility yourself, and be certain, as all sales are final. If you do need this motor kit, my price is far below dealer cost. If you have any questions please ask in advance of any purchase, and all sales are final.
