Description: One used transom swivel bracket from a Scott Atwater outboard Serial number 3975-6452 1957 16 Horsepower. Clamps move freely and it does tilt and lock in tilt up position. Last pictures show tilt pin. Both transom clamps are in good condition. We are located in Wisconsin fresh water lakes, part shows no sign of salt water use. Sold as is as shown.
