Preparation: Mix the desired amount of powder with BLONDME Premium Developer 6%/20 Vol, 9%/30 Vol or 12%/40 Vol, or until a thick paste is achieved. Variable mixing ratio: 1.5:1 to 1:2. Development time: 20–45 min. Do not use artificial heat from steamer or dryer to reduce the development time. Application: Apply immediately after mixing to dry hair, do not shampoo before applying.
