Description: Lovely piece of toymaking history. Wood Schoenhut doll with embossed / stamped maker's mark on upper back. Painted eyes, original hand tied wig. Spring jointed joints that can be posed. Joints tested gently, they all appear intact, mind you they are 100+ years old :) Doll is complete with undergarment, union suit, short stockings, shoes, knitted hat and sweater. Some of these ( undergarment, suit, dress) appear to be originals; sweater, hat, shoes and stockings are not. ***This item is not blemish free, it is showing its age and love throughout the years.***Please note this item is heavier and is large ( for shipping purposes).
