Description: This scarce 1900s "Red Ola" litho hinged wood 25 book cigar box, measuring 1 1/2" x 5 5/8" x 8 7/8", is in good condition with some age related paper tears and discoloration on the outside. The inside label is excellent condition with some slight paper discoloration. The hinge is in excellent working order. This most unusual book cigar box has superb multicolored graphics designed by the American Lithography Company, New York, NY. Featured is a lovely, detailed portrait of a woman with a gold crescent hair ornament. The cigars were manufactured by the La Filadelfia Cigar Company, Philadelphia, PA.
