Prolific bloomer (can Flower year round) Temp tolerant growers having erect, slender ramicauls enveloped basally by 2 to 3 tubular sheaths carrying a single, apical, erect, thinly coriaceous, narrowly elliptical, acute leaf that gradually narrows to the slender, channeled petiole with loose, sharply flexuous, verrucose, slender, successively many flowered spike up 25 inches long. Very attractive flowers with interesting detail. Lovely paddle shaped leaves. Vivid yellows, maroon and electric purple withIn the flowers. Avoid cutting spikes until they turn brown as they may develop buds again. This is a division in a 3 inch pot. They enjoy intermediate to warm temps, high humidity with good air movement, shaded light, and watering frequently avoiding complete drying.
