These are brand new, never worn, and in the original box. However as you will see in picture #2 on the right shoe there is a small mark towards the back heel area. This mark is very tiny and is only cosmetic, this mark is a little noticeable but so is the price drop for the shoes. The left shoe is in perfect condition.
