Description: Gorgeous . . . Antique Sampson Mordan & Co. London Ruby Red Vinaigrette Perfume & Salts Bottle, circa 1800s.Beautifully faceted sleek ruby red crystal with a panel in the center that separatesthe vinaigrette perfume side from the salts side. The salt end has a screw on top, and the vinaigrette endis hinged and has a glass dauber in place, however as a condition on this piece the glass stopperis solidly in place and I do not want to risk breaking it by forcing it out.Maker's mark on metal lip: S. Mordan & Co. London.Excellent condition, free from chips, cracks and repairs, but to note the glass stopper is stuck in place and I'm not attempting to remove it, which will probably require letting a drop of oil loosen it. Also note a small shallow dent to the metal cap on the hinged side cap, as seen in pics. 5.5" long x 1.25" diameter. Enjoy!
