Description: This is a whole Corriedale X fleece that weighs about 8 pounds. The staple length is up to 3.5 inches and is strong Quite nice and really soft with nice crimp and it's HUGE but it's alos pretty clean compared to many of our other white fleeces. This will yield a ton of wool. This fleece is not from our most recent shearing and the lanolin has turned gold but will wash normally. This fleece is on sale because we had to store some of our fleeces in a new shed and we have found some evidence of wool moths in some of the fleeces. It is possible you will find some evidence of that - so we are heavily discounting these fleeces so you can get them washed up and then it won't be a problem. Some fleeces had evidence, some did not, but all fleeces from this shed are marked as SALE in the title. Our fleeces are only lightly skirted, so it is possible to find taggy edges, vegetable matter, a few burrs in the outer coat, etcWe will combine shipping when possible.
