This note is heavily circulated and has the following: heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease and rust stains, areas of discoloration, perhaps some foreign substance); heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in areas); surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); edge indents/nicks (some larger - some tears exist and they are larger also); perhaps one small hole.
