Inside this newsletter I found...2) a small photograph of some people, the back of which is dated 6/17/1945 and describes the scene as "farewell party for the Pickens family at St. Bartholomew's, Brooklyn." Where did they go?!3) this Huguenot Memorial Church lenten vesper program from Pelham NY is dated 3/21/1943 and came with these items. Did the Pickens move from there? Does it have anything to do with them? I've no idea. This mystery is all yours if you want it!
